Rick is a lens-based visual artist, with specialties in fashion and fine art portraiture.  His fashion work is focused on support of designers and models. His intent is to focus on the personality of the designer and their collection and capture the runway in a way that brings the best of the fashion and the model.  

From his early background as a watercolor artist, Rick strives to  capture the story in his portraiture approach to photography.  His personal work is exploring how to bring more of the person, their personality, and mood to the image.

He is an 8 year New York Fashion Week photographer working with AMCONY, Society Fashion Week, Art Hearts Fashion, Rolls Royce Fashion, and Couture Fashion Week as photographer and sponsor.  He has also been a lead photographer and sponsor for Living Art America (bodypaint).  

Rick is based out of his home (and studio) in Edgewater, just north of Perth, Western Australia.  He often visits Melbourne, New York City, and his other home - San Antonio Texas.
